In any area of life, whether I’m seeking wisdom, knowledge, skills, or even when I’m trying to pull myself out of a difficult health or emotional rut, there’s a couple things I do that help.
I write, meditate, read, talk, and try. Writing helps disentangle and organize thoughts. Meditation lets me see deeper and more clearly. Reading is learning. Talking with others gets me out of my own head. ‘Trying’ puts ideas to the test. Reflection, contemplation, learning, community, and trial. Do any of these things help you in your journey?
