I ask God for all the challenges that I need in order to learn and grow. I don’t ask for an easy life, but I ask for a life that illuminates his vision.
It is only when we’ve reached the end of the road when we ask god for help.
It is only when we are truly overwhelmed that we see that the only way out is to be. We are confused. We are tired. We do not know the way. We’ve already tried our best. The only thing left for us to do is be. To be aware of what is going on inside and around us.
There is a reason for everything. Many of these truths we cannot see. But it makes cosmic sense for things to be exactly the way they are. There is a reason why our traumas are the way they are. There is a reason why we are with or without the partners and family we have today. There is a reason for our anger, sadness, peace, or happiness. It was all due to some pre-exisitng circumstance that was out of our control. Cosmic reasoning is sound. We just can’t see it most of the time. Everything is exactly as it should be.
What is our role in all of this? We can only be aware. When we see what is going on around us, we can start to love and accept what is. This is loving awareness. When we can see what goes on inside of us and outside of us with a clear perception, we begin to understand the essence of god. We begin to understand that everybody is just like us, struggling on this earth, looking for love. We begin to understand that the construct of self is less important than the love we feel for all.
Let it all be. Let the show of the universe clash spectacularly under our loving awareness.
